Testimonial propaganda is a public figure or a celebrity promotes or endorses a product, a policy, or a political candidate. most of the testimonial propaganda included political leaders, such as Adolf Hitler and Fredric Delano Roosevelt. other forms of this propaganda included cartoon celebrities such as Uncle Sam and Superman (Since the Axis powers were totalitarian, they did not have comic books or cartoon figures to put in propaganda.) Most of the cartoon celebrities were put into propaganda films, which were short episodes of public figures displaying thoughts of the war. some contained serious messages from political figures, while others were cartoons, like bugs bunny, where half-witted Axis powers were tricked by the iconic cartoons.
